How to Receive & Manifest a Prophetic Word

The word of God says in 1 Corinthians 14:3, “But he that prophesieth speaketh unto men to edification, and exhortation, and comfort.” We pray you receive the words spoken to you with an open spirit, as well as with joy and gladness.

“I had a great experience with IT's PROPHECY from start to finish.”

Phil MartinezManager, Owl Eyes

The fulfillment of your prophecy is based on faith, prayer and believing the word of the Lord and His prophets (James 2:26; 2 Chronicles 20:20). Just because a prophetic word is given does not mean that it will come to pass as per our expectations (Isaiah 55:8-9). It is God who brings the word to pass, and the exact way that He brings about a word in our lives may be different than we envision when we first receive it. While we have our part in praying over and stewarding the words we receive, it is not our part to try to make the words come to pass or to force doors open based on a word we have received.

The word of God says in 1 Corinthians 13:9, “For we know in part, and we prophesy in part.” We do not have to be anxious or in a rush to determine the interpretation or application. Major decisions should not be made based on a single prophetic word, but rather through much prayer, outward confirmations, and most of all, the Holy Spirit and peace of God that dwells within us. God begins the work and He is able to bring it to pass (Ephesians 3:20).
